This website offers visitors excursions and tour packages mainly in the segments of adventure and culture. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms:

To use our website and/or contract our services, you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not permitted to use this website and/or contract services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

ABOUT US

Paragliding Cusco EIRL with ID RUC 20608548514, is a virtual tour operator travel agency based in Cusco region. We are direct operators of paragliding tours, as well as private tours to Machupicchu, Humantay Lagoon, Rainbown Mountain, City tour in Cusco, Sacred Valley, Palccoyo, among others. We also offer other adventure and cultural packages through strategic alliances with other local tour operators in Cusco, such as kayaking, stand up paddle, zipline, ATV, skybike, etc.

Our services are offered to national and foreign tourists without distinction of nationality, religion, sexual or political orientation.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

By purchasing an adventure excursion and/or tour package you agree that you are aware of services included and/or not included before making your reservation.

Most of the prices we charge in our services are detailed on our website. We reserve the right to change our pricing  at any time and to correct pricing mistakes that may occur. Additional pricing and sales tax information is available on this page.

PARAGLIDING RESERVATION REQUEST

For the paragliding tour reservation request, at the time of making the request, it is essential to indicate the following information:

– Full name and last name of the passengers. Reservation requests without name will not be accepted.

– DNI/CE/Passport number.

– Approximate weight. Do not forget that in case you are enjoying a promotional rate, there may be extra charges for certain weight ranges.

– Date of the activity.

– Name of the hotel in Cusco or Sacred Valley. For promotional rates the pick up place will be a common point previously arranged.

– Nationality of participants.

– Indicate the chosen flight package. For promotional fares the package considered is our Basic Package.

– Send voucher or proof of transfer of the percentage indicated in the reservation. This amount will be considered as an advanced payment and is a percentage of 50% of the total cost of the service. The other 50% will be paid at the end of the activity.

– In case of special negotiations for Fits or groups, the travel agency must indicate the negotiated rate and send the voucher with the same data with 100% deposit to the accounts provided at least 24 hours before the activity.

Monday to Sunday from 06:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs.

Confirmation of reservations will also be sent by the same channel, indicating reservation status, payment method and additional information.

PENALTIES

Total or partial penalty will be applied in the following cases:

BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS

In case the service cannot be performed due to bad weather conditions, the pilot will cancel the operations priorizing the safety of the participants. In this situation there will be no refund of the amount already deposited as an advanced payment since it will cover a percentage of the transportation costs and the time invested. In case the client wishes to reschedule the activity, he/she will have the option of a 30% discount for his/her next reservation.

NO SHOW

In case the client does not show up the day of pick up or cancels the service less than 24 hours before the activity, the penalty will be 100% of the amount already deposited considered as an advance payment.

For reservations in which the client cancels the service more than 24 hours prior to the date of the activity, the penalty will be 50% of the amount deposited considered as an advance payment. In this case, the remaining percentage will be refunded.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that the service cannot be performed due to force majeure due to strikes and/or strikes, health reasons, etc., the client will have the option to reschedule the flight for the date he/she deems convenient. However, if the activity is not rescheduled, the reimbursement will be made at 50% of the amount already deposited as an advanced payment.

This penalty will be exempted only in case of natural disasters or illness supported by a medical certificate.

EXONERATION OF PERUVIAN TAXES IGV

In cases of shared files, if one of the passengers does not meet the requirements to be exempted from VAT, the file will be subject to said tax.

Identity cards or safe-conduct are valid for IGV exoneration, as long as they are accompanied by the Andean card (as stipulated in the new exoneration regulation).

For promotional fares, the corresponding IGV must be added.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHTS

The Service and all materials included or transferred, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of PARAGLIDING CUSCO EIRL. Except as explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, adapt, edit or create derivative works therefrom.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PARAGLIDING CUSCO EIRL be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, incidental, consequential damages and/or natural disasters arising out of or in connection with the operation of its services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PARAGLIDING CUSCO EIRL assumes no liability whatsoever for (i) errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of suppliers; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from their negligence; and (iii) any situation beyond our control.

All activities that correspond to adventure excursions do not offer any type of accident or medical insurance policy. It is necessary to inform that in Peru there is still no insurance for «damages to third parties» for this category. We recommend, before doing any adventure activity, to have a medical insurance.

 

VIDEOS AND PHOTOS

In case your package includes either photos or video, they will be sent within 72 hours after service. Remember you have another 72 hours to download all of your footage from the moment you have received. After this time these files are deleted definitely.
